Matsumoto Castle (National Treasure) is a five-story, six-story large castle tower built at the end of the Sengoku period, a crossing turret, an inui small castle tower, and a Tatsumi turret and a Tsukimi turret that were added in the early Edo period. It is a multi-layered tower-type castle tower consisting of ridges. Its predecessor was Fukashi Castle. It is the only flat castle among the 12 existing castle towers. The clapboards on the exterior walls are painted black lacquer. In preparation for battle, stone towers and gaps were installed on the castle tower, while the moon viewing turret built in the Edo period had a thin Mairado and vermilion Hanekoran railings, and was used during the Taipei period from the Sengoku period. You can see the changes over time. With the majestic mountains of the Northern Alps as a backdrop, the reflection in the water of the moat is also beautiful and attracts many people. This kit is an authentic wooden model that reproduces Matsumoto Castle, one of the most popular castles in Japan, on a 1/150 scale. Complete improvements have enabled smooth assembly and a realistic reproduction that approaches the real Matsumoto Castle. Many laser-processed parts are used, including the castle tower structure, exterior walls, and the parapet of the moon viewing turret. The stone wall is made of rare lumber, Jindai wood (buried wood), and by stacking it up using patterned paper as a guide, you can create a solid castle tower that takes advantage of the texture of natural wood. Shachi is made of metal. Careful assembly instructions with photos and illustrations support production. You can also enjoy creating landscapes of moats and gardens. *Paint and diorama materials are not included in the kit.
