Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the fault. If the product is indeed faulty, we will initiate a refund for the full purchase price. Please note that refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations: We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • If a product is lost once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • If a customer wishes to return a product due to dissatisfaction unless the product is deemed faulty upon inspection.
