Wiseco Racer's ELITE Piston Kit Standard (52.5mm) Kawasaki KX100 2011-2018

Racer Elite 2-stroke pistons are forged from 2000 series alloy and offer higher tensile strength than the popular 4000 series. The piston is coated with ArmorPlating, a Wiseco surface treatment that covers the crown, ring groove, pin bore, and undercrown. ArmorPlating protects against heat and blast wear. The ArmorFit skirt coating adapts to the proper piston-to-wall clearance during initial operation and stays at that clearance, reducing operating friction throughout the life of the piston. A unique benefit of having ArmorFit on a 2-stroke piston is that it eliminates the need for A, B, and C piston sizes. Research & Development Dyno proven power gain.

Racer Elite 4-stroke pistons feature an asymmetric skirt design that minimizes contact with the cylinder wall and keeps weight down. It also has an ArmorGlide skirt coating to keep friction as low as possible. The Racer Elite 4-stroke piston is a fully machined billet that allows for optimal weight optimization and precision machining of the boxed under-crown structure.
