``Waterfall Park'' is a modern, easy-to-play remake of the classic classic ``Chinatown.'' While the theme of building a park is fun, negotiating with other players is important in order to successfully expand the attraction. In "Waterfall Park", players take on the role of one of the contractors involved in the construction of an amusement park and compete against other players. The game is played over four rounds, and the goal is to acquire vacant land, build attractions, and negotiate exchanges with other players, ultimately becoming the player who collects the most coins. This game is not turn based and all players progress at the same time. Each round consists of four phases: preparation, exchange, construction, and income. During the preparation phase, you will secure an empty space and become the owner of that space. During the exchange phase, you can freely combine locations, attractions, and coins and negotiate exchanges with other players. Let's make a deal that makes sense. Immediate arrangements must be honored, but future commitments are not limited to this. During the construction phase, you can place your own attraction tiles on any empty space you own, and when each attraction is adjacent to the specified number of tiles, that attraction is completed. In the income phase, you will earn income from all the attractions you have built. In this way, they increase their attractions in the park, and the player who earns the most coins after 4 rounds is the winner.
