Developed in collaboration with Deaneasy, the Vittoria Air-Liner Tire Insert is the ultimate tire accessory for mountain bike tires. This innovative foam-based tubular insert for tubeless tires is easy to install, protects rims, enhances overall grip, and prevents punctures on the roughest and strongest trails. Made of a new generation of polymer, the technical foam air liner reduces tire pressure, prevents burping and bead breaks, absorbs high frequency vibrations and provides a smooth ride. This polymer is slightly denser, but not extremely heavy, and has great resistance to rockin' and trail debris. Two continuous curves - one at the top and one at the bottom - run the length of the air liner to keep it inflated and sealed, giving the tire more support. Additionally, the included zip ties and smooth cutting ability of the foam make installation extremely easy.
