Due to the characteristics of metal clad resistors, the resistor itself generates heat when the turn signal is activated. Many conventional products were fixed directly to metal parts, which sometimes put stress on the mounting part. The "Easy High Flare Canceller" comes with a special stay that allows the heat of the metal clad resistor to be released into the air, reducing concerns about heat.
