A carefully crafted forged classic grill pan made from a single iron plate. Albert-Karl Turk, a skilled blacksmith, founded the Turk company in 1857, with a factory located in the center of German iron manufacturing, and has continued to make products using the same manufacturing methods for over 150 years. Turk's grill pan, which is forged by heating a block of iron to high temperatures, is an original Zakka Works product that comes with a grip on both hands. It can also be used for oven dishes such as gratin and roasted meat, as well as juicy dishes such as sukiyaki. Compared to Teflon coating, it has better heat conduction and retains heat, allowing you to fully bring out the flavor of the ingredients and create delicious dishes. It has high strength and rigidity, and does not deteriorate even when air-baked. The more you use it, the more familiar it becomes, allowing you to cook better and more deliciously, and the texture also increases. It's easy to get used to baking. First, wash them lightly with detergent, then heat them evenly with oil on a grill pan and stir-fry them with vegetable scraps such as potatoes and carrots and a teaspoon of salt. Cooking is complete when the vegetables are cooked through and the bottom of the grill pan begins to turn black. As it is handmade, the size may differ from the stated size. ●A seamless, one-piece frying pan that is forged from a lump of iron (pig iron) by repeatedly heating it at high temperatures. Recommended for simply grilled dishes that bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients such as meat, fish, vegetables, pancakes, etc.Albert-Karl Turk, a skilled blacksmith, founded the Turk company in 1857. He has set up a factory in the Ruhr region, where there are mines, the center of iron manufacturing in Germany, and continues to make classic frying pans by craftsmen who have inherited their skills from generation to generation. The forged frying pan is made by heating a lump of iron (pig iron) red-hot and pounding it repeatedly to form a strong, seamless piece that can be used for generations if properly cared for. It has good heat distribution and excellent heat storage, so you can cook slowly and stably while bringing out the natural flavors of the ingredients. The temperature of thick chunks of meat does not drop easily and moisture is evaporated well, resulting in a steak that is crispy on the outside and juicy with its juices retained on the inside. Vegetables are crispy and chewy, and fried eggs, pancakes, toast, etc. are cooked evenly and with just the right amount of color. Each frying pan has been forged and finished by craftsmen one by one, and has a rugged and rough appearance, but the more you use it, the more you use it, and the iron skin becomes glossier and more flavorful. An original Japanese grill pan with a grip. In addition to oven dishes such as gratin and roasted meat, it can also be used for juicy dishes such as sukiyaki ●Search for "turk yaki nashi" on YouTube.
