Are you tired of asking the same questions to open your programs? Have you ever wanted your participants to go deeper in the conversation? A unique collection of questions that will breathe new life into your openers. Questions are color coded by level of risk: Green questions - low risk questions, Yellow questions - medium risk questions, Red questions - high risk questions. Participants can choose the level of depth they want to share based on the color of the question card presented to them. Here are some examples from each of the three categories: Green: Name your ideal car. Who is your biggest hero? Where is the place you want to go? Yellow: What is a dream you still have to achieve? What quality do you admire in your parents? What is one thing you can't go a day without doing? Red: What is something people misunderstand about you? What have your past relationships taught you? What is the biggest struggle you have overcome? Our favorite way to use these cards is to have participants ask each other questions. Give each participant one card. Ask them to find a partner with the color of the card that they can answer. Share your answers to the questions on the card. After each person shares their response, have them swap cards and find a new partner. Facilitate a partner exchange of 6-7 people. This is also effective if you have a program with late arrivals. Anyone can join the group at any time. Set of 60 cards - 20 of each color. Packaged in a plastic container. Instructions included.
