What is ``Fire Forging''? It is a traditional manufacturing method that is an application of the Japanese sword manufacturing method of the Edo period, and is only made by hand in the traditional way, using only 1000 degree flame and the hammering of a blacksmith. ``Edo sharpening'' is a unique sharpening method in which the edge of the blade is held at a 3:7 ratio to the center, one side is vertically sharp, and the other side is curved in the shape of a clam shell. There are only a few craftsmen in the country who have legitimately inherited the craftsmanship. ●Material: The original molybdenum vanadium steel with increased hardness by blending molybdenum steel. ●Applications: For household use.
