The 103-1000 series wears the blue belt of the Mitaka Train District, and the initial yellow belt version is limited. JR East is currently applying for commercialization permission.
High grade (HG) specifications. The underfloor of Moha 1021000 is reproduced with a conventional motor generator instead of a brushless motor generator. Each H rubber is black, and the border of the passenger door window is reproduced in silver. The head, tail lights, and front display are equipped with a constantly lit board with an ON/OFF switch and light bulb color LEDs. The front display is a color prism and lights up in a color close to white. The destination display on the front display will be ``Nishi-Funabashi'', ``Mitaka'', ``Rapid Nishi-Funabashi'', and ``Rapid Mitaka'' (excluding the add-on set). Separate parts such as radio antenna and signal flame tube are included (excluding add-on set). JR mark and car number are printed and reproduced. Powered by a flywheel, new current collection system, and black wheels. TN coupler (SP) standard equipment.
