Please replace it with a new one in the following cases. ○When adhesive strength decreases, the adhesive surface becomes dry, or stains that cannot be removed occur. ○When one month has passed since opening, or when the number of times of use has reached 30. *Please use according to the contraindications, treatment method and time listed in the instruction manual. *This product is for arms and legs only, so please do not use it on areas other than the designated areas or around the chest and heart. *Please be sure to use the special gel pad. *Be sure to start from level 1 when using it for the first time or until you get used to it. *When performing arm exercises, please use one arm at a time until you get used to it. How to use 1 Peel off half of the gel pad's protective film (pink) from the center crack, align it with the shape of the electrode on the back of the slender pad, and stick only half firmly to prevent air from entering the adhesive surface. 2 Peel off the other half of the protective film (pink) from the center and paste it. The other protective film (clear) is peeled off when it is placed on the skin. 3Press and hold the receiver's on/off button (more than 1 second) to turn on the power. 4 Pass the support belt through the slender pad. 5 Pass it through the area to be treated and apply it to the skin. 6 Wrap the remainder of the support belt around it while fixing the slender pad. 7Press and hold the on/off/mode button on the remote control (more than 1 second) to turn on the power, then short press the on/off/mode button to select EMS mode. 8Press the level up button on the remote control to set the EMS output level (1~10). 9The power will automatically turn off after 10 minutes in each mode. 10 When the treatment is finished, remove the support belt and slender pad, clean them, attach them to the storage mount, and store them in the storage case. *From the second time onwards, please remove it from the storage mount and attach it to your skin to begin treatment. see next
