Introduced in 1985 as Tamiya's first shaft-driven 4WD racing buggy. The Hot Shot, which quickly captivated many fans with its low center of gravity, aggressive form and high performance with a full range of innovative mechanisms, is now available as a completed model. The design concept is to keep the form and structure as little as possible, so the chassis and form of the Hot Shot (2007) have been updated to the original. You can easily challenge yourself to experience the driving you longed for back then. The ESC (Electronic Speed Controller) is TBLE04S specification. No assembly required
Product Introduction The main mechanisms, such as the shaft-driven 4WD and front and rear double wishbone suspension equipped with adjustable monoshock dampers, remain the same, but the front and rear drive shafts and propeller shafts have been changed to a reliable dogbone type. The oil dampers have also been changed to the currently mainstream diaphragm type. Also, since it is equipped with an ESC, the rear aluminum heat sink is not actually necessary, but this part, which is also a point of the rear view of the Hot Shot, was equipped as a dummy. The completed chassis is equipped with an RC mechanism, and in addition, it comes with a wheel trigger type transmitter suitable for driving the car, as well as a running battery and a dedicated charger, so you can start driving immediately after taking it out of the box and charging the battery.
