The first thing we focused on from the previous work was "operability." Using the new technology ``Plasmarise'' that freely modifies the surface of fishing line, it alternately imparts contradictory properties to the line surface: ``Good water sharpness = water repellency'' and ``Good tide bite = hydrophilicity.''
