Stainless steel Mikuni HSR carburetor
We have combined an "injector tuning bolt" with a static neutralizing effect and an "idling speed adjustment bolt". Injector tuning bolts were originally developed for the purpose of improving injection (injectors). We solved the problems faced by injectors regarding fuel atomization and smooth discharge by removing static electricity that builds up in various parts of the vehicle body. When used in a carburetor, its effectiveness was greater than that of an injector. A carburetor has many fuel injection ports, including a slow jet, jet needle, and main jet. This is thought to be due to the removal of the factor (static electricity) that obstructs fuel discharge from each injection port. Another important point common to both injectors and carburetors is that the air-fuel mixture should be able to flow without resistance through the manifold section, which has been neutralized. By using a smooth idle screw, stress-free acceleration, improved fuel efficiency, and a torque-rich driving feeling are achieved. The characteristic crown-shaped top of the head is surprisingly easy to rotate by hand. The idling speed can be quickly adjusted even during short periods of stoppage, such as waiting at traffic lights. The main body is made of stainless steel, which is resistant to rust and has excellent strength, and is manufactured in Japan.
