The SR Performance Mustang Rear Shock Tower Brace is constructed from tough tubular steel to keep the rear end from flexing under G-roads, and has a textured black powder-coated finish for an aggressive look and long-term corrosion resistance. Purpose. SR Performance Rear Shock Tower Brace is designed to fit 2005-2014 Mustangs, including V6, GT, Bullitt, BOSS, and Shelby GT500 models. Does not fit Mustangs with Shaker 1000 sound systems. Technical notes. Installation may require some modification or welding. All models require factory internal trunk liner trimming.
