The S660's genuine rear subframe is made of die-cast aluminum with more than enough rigidity and precision for a light vehicle, and the pivots of each suspension arm ensure high rigidity, but they also have even higher traction performance and high quality. In pursuit of ride quality, the body side attachment part of the trading arm is boxed. The rear section has been made rigid. A special press mold was designed using 3D CAD for the plate, and 800 tons of 1.6mm thick JSC780 super high tensile strength material was hydraulically press-formed. By completely filling the gap between the bolt holes on the body side of the plate mounting part with a special collar, we succeeded in making it a rigid body similar to RigiColor. Achieving linear and reliable traction control and a high-quality, supple ride.
