Every spare blade goes through about 100 processes to become a product, but we place particular emphasis on material selection, ``blade cutting'', ``heat treatment'', and ``polishing'' in the process. [2] The cutting edge of the replacement blade is thin and thin, and it breaks easily. Please handle with care to avoid dropping or bumping it. If you loosen the blade too much, the gap between the upper and lower blades will open, allowing hair to get in and cause the blade to suddenly stop cutting. If you tighten the blade too much, it will put a load on the blade and cause the blade to become hot or cause the unit to malfunction. If you accidentally move the let, tighten it all the way by hand, then turn it back about half a turn to one turn. [4] To clean the replacement blade, just brush the hair off with a brush. [5] Lubrication is very important. Before using, apply genuine blade oil (supplied oil) to the contact surfaces between the upper and lower blades (front cutting edge and rear rail) and the contact surfaces between the washer (black plastic part) and the upper blade. Add 1-2 drops of oil afterwards. Before use, the frictional heat of the replacement blade is suppressed, reducing the burden on the main unit. Wipe off excess oil from the surface with a clean cloth. It is effective in preventing rust and maintaining sharpness after use. Brush the hair off the replacement blade thoroughly before applying oil. [6] The replacement blade falling off or rattling is almost always a problem. (The dovetail is the square metal part on the head of the main body, and is the joint between the spare blade and the main body.) Tighten the machine screw on the side of the dovetail. If there is still something wrong, are the ant parts deformed? If there is any deformation, the dovetail needs to be replaced. [7] When the blade is cutting smoothly, there is no need to disassemble and clean the blade. If you disassemble it, the delicate adjustments may go awry and you may not be able to cut it.
