A special clutch for normal main shaft (standard clutch specification) is attached to the die-cast special clutch cover (buffed clear coating).
Compatible models 6V Monkey/Gorilla (Z50J-1300017 ~ 1805927) 12V Monkey (Z50J-2000001 ~/AB27-1000001 ~ 1899999) Monkey (FI) (AB27-1900001 ~) 112V Gorilla (Z50J-2500001 ~/AB27-1 000001~1899999 ) Aluminum die-cast clutch cover (buffed clear coating) Patented structure: Thermostat mounting part and oil line structure The clutch cover uses aluminum die-casting. The surface treatment is buffed and clear coated, allowing oil to be taken out to the oil cooler. A thermostat unit using a shape memory alloy spring can be installed as an option. Prevents overcooling. Thermostat unit is sold separately. The oil element uses a highly reliable cartridge type paper type. The engine oil confirmation window is made of durable glass. Adopts a clutch cable receiver with integrated cover. By installing the cable collar for the stock clutch lever holder that comes with the kit, there is no need to purchase an optional clutch lever, and you can use the special clutch with the stock lever. (Excluding Z50J-1300017 to 1805927) Standard clutch (for normal main shaft) By using an adapter with a patented structure, the standard clutch for normal main shaft can be changed to the secondary side clutch while keeping the normal main shaft. This reduces the load on the crankshaft. It also makes it possible to reduce the weight of the crankshaft axis, resulting in light throttle response. A damper is built into the primary driven gear to reduce shock when the clutch is engaged. The number of friction discs is 5, making it compatible with high-power engines for both street and race applications. Adopts a durable and strong aluminum die-cast lifter plate. Note: When installing on Z50J-1300017 to 1600007 vehicles, the included clutch cable cannot be installed on the normal clutch holder (the type welded to the handle pipe), so replace the handle pipe and use our company's clutch lever or , please use a combination switch with a clutch lever.
