All balloons are brand new. Some may not be in their original packaging, but they are brand new. Bought in bulk, the savings are passed on to you! Balloons are as pictured. All balloons are double sided, with the same picture on the front and back. All our balloons are manufacturer's deluxe helium quality. Balloons are not included. You can fill your local grocery store, discount store, florist, or rent a helium tank from your local party store or welding company. You can also fill it with air and tape it to the wall or attach a balloon stick. If using air, carefully insert a straw into the self-sealing opening, blow, remove and seal. Mylar lasts approximately 1-2 weeks. Latex only lasts approximately 8-24 hours, so actual float time varies, but inflate just before the party. Please use the correct inflator. You should use the black nozzle tip for latex balloons and the gold fine tip for mylar balloons. If you use the large latex black inflation nozzle for helium balloons, the balloons may overinflate and lose their self-sealing properties. This may cause premature deflation.
