The crushed Phillips-head screw can be removed. Drill the pilot hole with forward rotation, and remove the wood screw with reverse rotation. A set that can accommodate wood screws with diameters from 1.6mm to 4.5mm. *Caution* Cannot be used with stainless steel or carburized screws. Cannot be used with impact drivers.
