Keisei Electric Railway is a railway company with a main line connecting Keisei Ueno Station (Tokyo) to Narita Airport Station (Chiba Prefecture), the Narita Sky Access Line, and branch lines to Oshiage, Kanamachi, Chiba, etc. The 3600 type is a vehicle manufactured from 1982 to 1989, and is the first Keisei Electric Railway commuter car to use a T-type one-handle mascon and field chopper control.
