With the restored molds, we were able to accurately recreate the size and shape of the prop. We looked at the actual screen-used badge to get the color and paint details. And once the original design matched, we went a step further – rendering the replica in gold and silver finish metal (the on-screen props are made from painted resin). What sets this wearable badge apart from the original is the clasp, which uses a strong, short-magnetic magnet embedded in the badge itself and a glossy backplate.
