A sway bar end link (also known as a stabilizer bar link) is part of a vehicle's suspension system - it connects the sway bar (or anti-roll bar) to the rest of the suspension. Tie rod style sway bar end links, like hips, are made with a ball and socket design and must be replaced when worn. Bolt and sleeve type end links use bushings that wear out over time.
