Sold separately. This balloon column accessories kit is made of premium and sturdy quality to provide you with the most fun and decorating experience. Assembly Instructions: Fill the base with water. For added stability, fill the water bag with water and place it on top of the base, making sure it is centered and properly positioned on the base. Insert the pole securely into the center of the base (through the water bag). Add a pole connector and insert the next pole. Work your way up by adding poles to your desired column height. Tips: To add strength and stability to your columns, stick a glue dot on the end of the pole, then insert it into the connector, using a dotted glue piece (included) for each connection. Using balloon rings, insert an inflated balloon into the ring, overlapping the other and hanging it on the pole, with the opening facing down.
