Quick Start and Precautions: 1. Place the engine on a flat table and pour boiling water into a flat cup less than 88mm with the cup capacity of 4/5 or more. 2. The engine will not start automatically. On the premise of sufficient safety, place the engine on the mouth of the cup, heat it for about 20 seconds, and move the flywheel clockwise by hand until the engine starts. 3. It is prohibited to put oil into the engine cylinder, piston, bearing, connecting rod and other moving parts. 4. The engine may have a slight temperature difference between the top and bottom. Anything hotter than boiling water will damage the device. Do not place it on high temperature objects (such as stoves, wood fireplaces, candles, etc.), otherwise many parts of the engine will melt. The maximum temperature for running the HZZ92 engine should not exceed 100°C (222°F). Features of the HZZ92 Stirling engine: 1. Piston stroke: 8mm. 2. Flywheel diameter: 83mm. 3. Base diameter: 92mm. 4. Overall height: 133mm. 5. Micron precision borosilicate glass cylinder and graphite power piston. 6. Stainless steel screws. 7. Low profile insulated chamber pillar. 8. Flat bottom surface provides good contact with heat source. 9. Both connecting rods are securely located using low friction POM and stainless steel screws. 10. All airtight seals are made with high strength precision threads and Nitrile O-rings. 11. Ultra low friction demagnetized non-greasy bearings, no lubrication required. 12.
