Ignitor II has many of the same great features as Ignitor, but it's smarter. The Ignitor II unit senses the coil current level and uses a powerful microcontroller to adjust the current. Variable dwell helps maintain peak energy throughout the RPM range. The Ignitor II system develops up to 4 times more energy than standard ignition systems from 3000 to 5000 RPM. Flame-Thrower II ultra-low resistance (0.6 ohm) increases high RPM performance when used with 45,000 volt coils.
