Paulownia wood has good drainage, so it dries easily after washing, and the side of the cutting board is cut into a chevron shape to improve drainage. Each piece is carefully handcrafted with a plane, giving it a pleasant feel. It has a stage called "dining table" that traditional cutting boards do not have, and it can decorate various dining scenes, whether Japanese or Western, as a tableware or cutting board.
