That is our wish at Nagao to use the brand name TOWA (forever). 18-8 stainless steel cutlery manufactured at Koba's factory in Tsubame City. Its smooth curved form has been carefully polished to a mirror finish by skilled craftsmen. The handles of table knives and dinner knives may not be obvious at first glance, but they have a hollow structure that focuses on balance rather than weight.
