Product explanation Micromill "1/35 Japanese Navy Kaiten Type 2" plastic model. The Kaiten II type is a large type based on the Walter engine brought from Germany and equipped with a No. 6 machine that uses hydrogen peroxide and hydrazine hydrate as fuel, aiming for a high speed of 40 knots. A prototype machine was tested in the dry dock and in the bay in late 1944, but the development of the No. 6 machine was difficult and the standards for ocean navigation could not be met, so it was not mass-produced and the war ended.
