Katsutaka Imae and Yuki Ito's goal was to use a small shad body measuring only 57mm to draw out targets deeper than 4m. The mounting position of the rare instantaneous center of gravity movement system "Micro LBO PAT." is positioned to create an ultra-forward leaning posture that is impossible with a normal ball center of gravity. Ito designed it with an ultra-forward mount that brings the center of gravity of the head close to the joint between the lip and the body, made possible by an ultra-thin shaft with a built-in bearing. In laboratory field tests using fluorocarbon 6lb., we were able to bring a small shad equipped with a big lip to an impressive ultra-long distance flight, and succeeded in generating an amazing diving vector. The fusion of outstanding aerodynamics and hydrodynamics has brought the I×I Shad a new dimension of performance that allows you to directly hit deep fish.
