This kit includes: (1) 35" Transformer Shaped Foil Balloon; (2) 17" Transformer Foil Balloons; (1) 17" Transformer Birthday Foil Balloon; (1) 34" Giant Blue Number 3 Balloon; (2) 18" Birthday Present Balloons; (2) 19" Red Foil Stars; (6) 11" Qualatex Latex Balloons, Red, Yellow, and Blue. Just add helium and enjoy! Inflate balloons the day of your event. Latex balloons have an average indoor float time of 12-24 hours. Foil balloons can last several days if properly filled and stored. Balloons used outdoors will have much less time to float away from the elements. Foil balloons require a low pressure regulated foil inflator to inflate. These regulators have an auto shut off pressure valve to prevent over inflating. Disposable helium tanks with latex inflators will not properly inflate foils. Inflating foil balloons using a high pressure latex inflator will burn holes in the balloon or cause it to tear and leak at the seams. Balloons can usually be properly inflated at your local party supply store, florist, and even larger grocery chains supply helium. For larger balloons or large quantities of balloons, it may be more cost effective to rent a helium tank from a party rental company or local wilding supplier. WARNING: Children under 8 years of age can choke on uninflated balloons and balloons. Adult supervision required. Discard any broken balloons immediately. Keep the plastic bag containing this product out of reach of small children. The thin film can prevent breathing through your nose and mouth. Discard the bag immediately after removing the product!
