Mark Williams Enterprises 39112 2nd Generation U-Bolt Kit

Fits current MW 1350 series pinion yokes with nuts. It features a bubble stud located in the back flange bolt hole that points to the position. The studs are made of 150K material and are rolled threaded. The strap is made from billet 4140 chromoly steel.

The 2nd generation alloy steel U-bolt kit is the result of information obtained on a drive shaft torsion test machine. Standard 3/8" 1350 U bolts were found to be prone to cycle failure when cycle tested at high torque levels. One piece U-bolt allowed release of joint lock from differential companion flange. Surrounding the joint cup provides a full 360 degree support for up to 500 lbs of torque. This 2nd generation U-bolt (cap) kit features position indexing bubble studs in the rear flange bolt holes. The straps are made of pre-heat treated chrome molybdenum steel, the studs are 150K material and are rolled threaded. 12 point reduction double hex nuts are sold as a set. Fits current Mark Williams forged billet rear pinion yoke.
