KUNTEC Engine Cylinder Horn Tool 2"~7" Adjustable Degrazer 3" Blade 220 Grain Stone

Engine cylinder for glass cutting of engine cylinders 2 to 7 inches in diameter. Easy to use and self-centering with a durable, flexible shaft. A knurled wheel adjusts the spring pressure of the stone against the cylinder bore. The cylinder horn features three interchangeable 3-inch long 220 grit stones. 220 Grit Stone quickly and easily removes deposits and corrosion from engines, brakes, and all types of cylinders.

Features: For deglazing holes from 2" to 7" in diameter. Easy to use and self-centering with a durable, flexible shaft. Fits 3" x 3" medium grade stone. Remove carbon and hot glaze deposits from cylinder bore. Operation: 1. Spray lubricant on the stone and cylinder bore. Let's set up the horn with a drill. 2. Insert the engine horn into the cylinder and run the drill at low speed of 300 – 700 RPM. Move the horn up and down once every few seconds. 3. After polishing, wipe the inside of the cylinder with a paper towel. CAUTION: Do not push or pull stones larger than 3/4 inch out of the cylinder. Do not move the engine horn for more than 3 minutes. Package contents: 1 set of brake cylinder horn piston.
