Lead-free resin-containing solder that complies with JIS standards (JIS Z 3198). The alloy composition is 96.5% tin, 3.0% silver, and 0.5% copper. Melting point 217~221℃. Linear Φ0.8mm. Product net weight 500g bobbin winding. Country of manufacture: Made in Japan. It can be used for electronic work (hand soldering) using a soldering iron, or for high-speed slide soldering with robot automatic soldering equipment. This product has been developed for industrial use in processing printed circuit boards, so it quickly reduces the metal oxide film and enables highly reliable soldering work in a short time. Flux is transparent, has low odor, and is a highly reliable no-clean type with excellent electrical insulation properties. Compliant with RoHS Directive.
