This is a genuine type ``quiet and fast!!'' air cleaner box. ■Perfect for those greedy people who want to power up with a BIG cab but don't want to be noisy! [Features] ■The BOX body is made of PP material with consideration for noise reduction and durability. We abolished the air supply to the drive system and simply pursued a SPEC that combines efficiency and noise reduction. ■Equipped with 3 intake ports, 2 high-efficiency noise-reducing intake ducts and 1 rubber plug initially included. ■The sponge uses a high-efficiency type. Of course, we have a lineup of special products for repairs. ■The joint with the carburetor is a special product with a three-dimensional design. Designed to weave through tight spaces, the design is as efficient as possible and is made from durable rubber material. [Modification advice] ■If you want to increase the intake amount, remove the rubber plug and add a duct (sold separately). Up to 3 ducts can be installed. ■If you want to further increase the suction amount, use a hole saw or similar tool to drill a 28Φ hole in the empty space on the drive system side. You can add ducts there. ■If you want to further increase the intake amount, add 2 ducts for a total of 5 + remove the sponge, and the intake amount will be almost the same as without air cleaner. ■If you want to muffle the sound, or if you have opened too many holes and want to cover them, use a rubber plug (sold separately) to cover the holes. ■For reference, the combination of G03X muffler + Port9 cylinder KIT + 28Φ big carb kit with 5 ducts in total + sponge has good volume and power feeling. [Notes] ■Be sure to make settings that match the vehicle you will be using!■Do not use the air passageway that connects to the drive system. Please block it or release it as you like. ■Due to the large capacity, it may interfere with the undercover or frame depending on the vehicle. ■BW'S100 especially has a small space. If you use a center stand with a longer rear suspension, it may interfere. In that case, please use the side stand. ■In the case of Grand Axis, it is difficult to manage the G-lock wire. Please devise an installation method or disable the G-Lock function. ■Big carb manifolds are manufactured based on the height of our KN&KOSO manifold product number 2005 and product number 2004 manifolds, so modifications may be necessary for other manifolds.
