"Santa Maria della Salute Church 3 G" is a giclee print of Venice, Italy, created by Kiyoshi Ishii in 2020. This giclee print is based on a pastel painting that Kiyoshi Ishii made during a research trip to Italy. Of course, since it is a giclee print by Kiyoshi Ishii, it is hand-painted to the point that it can be mistaken for a pastel painting. The title of this giclee print, "Santa Maria della Salute Church," is a church standing on Cape Salute in Venice. It was built in the 17th century to pray for the cessation of the plague, and was named Salute (health). It was designed by Baroque master Valdassare Longhena, and six chapels surround the octagonal main hall. The sacristy behind the main altar also features a ceiling painting by Titian. This church is said to be the most photogenic place in Italy, and in Japanese it means "Basilica of Our Lady of Salvation." I think this is a wonderful giclee print drawn with the outstanding technique and sense of Kiyoshi Ishii, a pastel painter representing Japan. Please purchase "Santa Maria della Salute Church 3 G," a giclee print of Venice, Italy, produced by Kiyoshi Ishii, as a home interior or as a gift.
