We developed a new HEAD (SE-PRO) based on the technical data cultivated with ULTRA-SE. We have adopted a big valve with an in diameter of 29 mm and an out diameter of 24.5 mm, which is the largest horizontal SOHC. New skills and specifications such as φ54, D-type exhaust port, L-type piston ring, and cam with decompression. Please come and experience it for yourself. *A reinforced crankshaft is required separately for installation. A stock crankshaft lacks durability and may be damaged. [SE-PRO's evolved cylinder head] The intake port has a high port layout and a port shape that increases intake efficiency. Exhaust Port (D-type) A D-type port is used to increase the flow velocity, reduce exhaust return, and improve exhaust efficiency. The combustion chamber has been optimized by increasing the diameter of the combustion chamber valve to φ52. Newly adopted W fillet for intake and exhaust ports. Fins are placed before and after the valve stem to adjust airflow, reducing turbulence that occurs around the valve. [Evolution of SE-PRO Piston Ring] ■SE-PRO L-shaped piston ring The top ring is a unique L-shaped ring. Even though the ring thickness has been increased (maximum 1.2mm thickness), the cylinder contact surface is rounded, so the contact surface is the same as the conventional one (0.8mm thickness). In addition, by lowering the tension and reducing the coefficient of friction, we purposely utilize the "deflection" to achieve a highly confidential shielding effect. Reduces blow-by gas and reliably transmits explosive expansion energy to the piston. ■SE-PRO oil ring Adopts a newly designed K type expander. [Evolution of SE-PRO High cam] ■High camshaft with decompressor Increases valve lift and improves output. The surface is nitrocarburized to reduce sliding resistance, metal fatigue, and improve initial fit. With the addition of a new decompression function, starting with a kick is now easier.
