The A23 formation belonging to Niigata Vehicle Center is the prototype. Reproduces the form equipped with the General Vehicle Manufacturing Company's Niitsu Branch, Toyo's VVVF, and Mitsubishi's AU725 cooler. The stainless steel body is combined with a white front head to express the golden yellow and ibis pink colors that are characteristic of the Niigata area. The distinctive appearance, such as the front shape and equipment, has been reproduced with consideration for operation in areas with heavy snowfall. Reproduces the characteristic appearance of Kumoha E129 equipped with two panda graphs. Headlight/taillight/front display lighting (with off switch). Adopts white LED. The headlights reproduce the high beam state with all four lights on. Each car uses a body-mounted coupler without hooks. Skirt with integrated body holder and snowplow shape is already installed (the coupler cannot be swung. When driving the leading cars together, please use the included skirt for connection). The front of the first car is equipped with a dummy coupler as standard, and a replacement coupling coupler is included. Adopts a slotless motor for smoother and quieter running. The power vehicle is set to Kumoha E129. Equipped with one traction tire.
