This is our original product designed exclusively for JB23 (9-10 type) Jimny. *Cannot be installed on models earlier than 9-10. ■Product Profile The engine compartment is the part of the body that receives the most unnecessary pressure. In addition to the weight of the engine, it also generates vibrations, so reinforcing the area around the engine is particularly effective and helps protect the vehicle body. This product is a simple and effective engine room reinforcement that can be installed using only the genuine (existing) fender fixing bolt holes without drilling or other processing on the vehicle body. Jimny is a valuable car, so we prioritized the protection of the car body, and it is a product that can be easily installed with just one tool without damaging the car body, so there is no need to take it to a shop. Due to the structure of the car body, JB23 cannot be fitted with a common tower bar. Tower bars installed on top of struts are sold in many cars suitable for competition, and the reason for their existence is ``because they are effective and necessary.'' This product uses a φ27.2 stainless steel mirror pipe, which has the same diameter as various indoor reinforcing bars, is strong, heat resistant, and will not rust. ■Installation method -Remove the fender fixing bolts, insert the bar between the vehicle body and the fender, and then insert the bar with the bolts. ■Notes Due to the structure of the JB23 car body, when the reinforcement bar is installed and the bonnet is closed, there will be a gap between the bonnet (bonnet fixing bolt) and the reinforcement bar that may or may not touch each other. This is a story at the 1mm to 2mm level, and since there are individual differences between vehicles, there is a possibility that it will hit about 1mm to 2mm (possibly). The bonnet does not float or won't close, but if it does, please take measures such as turning the reinforcing bar 360 degrees and flipping it over, or changing the bonnet fixing bolts to thinner bolts.
