There may be uneven coloring on the cooking surface as you use it, but this is due to the oil and fat content of the food and the heat, and is not a problem. ●Precautions for use■This product is intended for barbecue cooking of meat and vegetables. If you cook shellfish in their shells or crustaceans such as shrimp and crabs, the plate surface may become extremely hot and the plate may become deformed, so please refrain from cooking such foods.
