[How to use] After removing the cap and filling it with hydrogen water, close it tightly and do not open the large cap until you have finished drinking the entire amount. Next, remove the small white cap at the top and manually push out the air that got into the container when filling. *Notes* Horizontal placement = Always use the container horizontally, except when carrying it. When placed vertically, strong negative pressure is generated within the container due to vacuum. As a result, dissolved hydrogen in the liquid decreases rapidly (twice as fast) and loses its effectiveness as a liquid storage container.
