Each end ribbon measures 30". This banner can extend up to (120" or 0.56 yards). Each character pennant is constructed of 2 layers of high quality card stock & double sided satin ribbon. Assemble and stack each character to enhance the three-dimensional (3D) look and design. Please note - Depending on the placement of the banner, the character pennant may flip or shift during use.
