Developed jointly with Mr. Tsumoto, who is well known for Tsumoto style blood removal! Introducing the ``Tsumoto-style Sealed Packer'' that can perform ``deaeration'' and ``sealing'', which are important in ``fish aging'', depending on the type, shape, and condition of the fish! Many of the commonly available "seal pack devices" do not allow adjustment of the strength, and there is a risk of compressing the fish flesh too much. However, the [Tsumoto style sealed packer] has the ability to perform [deaeration and sealing at the strength and timing of your preference], allowing it to perform "deaeration" and "sealing" which are important for the ripening of fish, depending on the type, condition, shape, and quality of the fish. This allows you to adjust the sealing force and pack length accordingly! In addition, compared to previous models, it has a structure that is less likely to break even when water enters the main body, so it is designed to be more suitable for degassing and sealing fish. The included [special antibacterial roll bag (YH-36R)] is made of antibacterial material that prevents the growth of bacteria and keeps it fresh for a long time. It is also possible to use only the seal function.
