Gentleman's War focuses on the actions fought in dry, dusty campaigns in the Western Desert during World War II. This bolt-action starter set pits troops of the British Eighth Army (more commonly known as the Desert Rats) against their Axis enemies, Germany's Deutsche Afrika Korps. Although fighting in this theater was fierce, it tended to lack the fanaticism and brutality seen in other theaters of war, and it became known as the Gentleman's War.
