A painting booth developed by Gut Works representative, who is an air conditioning design professional and model magazine writer, to fully utilize his knowledge for model production. We have reduced the size of the Nero Booth to the smallest size that can function as a Nero Booth, with an emphasis on air volume and ease of assembly, making it easy to use at home. By using a commercial sirocco fan, we have achieved both reliable exhaust with a large air volume that is not easily affected by the outdoor environment, and a wind speed that does not affect even delicate gradations. By working inside the booth, the vacuum exhaust system prevents mist and organic solvent odors from spreading into the room, making it suitable for homes with small children and pets. It uses an extremely quiet sirocco fan, so you won't disturb your family or neighbors even if you drive late at night or early in the morning. The organic solvent contained in the paint mist is dried in the decompression chamber before being sent to the sirocco fan, so there is no need for a filter to protect the sirocco fan. Therefore, there is no special filter, but if you need a filter out of consideration for the neighborhood, you can install one for a few hundred yen by using a commercially available range hood filter and a magnet.
