Gate curve provides proper cord support and perfect contact with the sheave groove for even loading, uniform wear and extended belt life. The flex-bonded cord is strongly bonded to the body of the belt, providing load distribution and bending stress absorption without eliminating cord degradation. Flex-Weave Cover is a patented fabric construction that extends cover life and protects the belt core from oil, dirt, and heat. Meets or exceeds RMA standards for electrostatic conductivity, oil resistance, and heat resistance.
