In Tokoname ware, which continues the traditional techniques, we have developed a ``teapot for coffee'' as a new challenge. Tokoname soil contains iron and has countless pores, which absorbs unpleasant flavors and gives it a mellow taste. Strain through a fine mesh stainless steel filter. Simply add the powder, pour hot water, and wait for about 2 to 3 minutes to extract. The powder is also easy to throw away after use (no need for a paper filter, making it eco-friendly).
