Each Funko Soda comes packaged with a 4.25-inch-tall vinyl figure and a collection disc that looks like an aluminum soda can (but contains no carbonated drink). There are hundreds of Funko Soda figures across many genres, from cartoons and anime to comic and movie characters to advertising icons and TV personalities. The Funko Soda vinyl NASA astronaut is modeled in a red-striped Exterior Mobility Unit (EMU) or space suit in white, like the type developed for the Space Shuttle, which is still used today by crew members of the International Space Station. The figure comes with NASA insignia on a chest-mounted display and control module, and is posed with an American flag on a pole. There is also a separate "chase" version of the astronaut. One in six cans features a bright orange Orion Crew Survival System (OCCS) pressure suit modeled after the one worn by crew members on missions to the Moon in NASA's new Artemis capsule. The suit is an improved version of the Advanced Crew Escape Suit (ACES) worn by Space Shuttle astronauts for launch and landing.
