The Flex-a-lite Zinc Anode Kit is designed to replace a radiator drain petcock that is equipped with a 1/4" NPT bushing welded to the tank. Alternatively, it can be installed in any available 1/4" NPT hole in your cooling system. This kit features a zinc anode that protects the cooling system from galvanic action. It also prevents damage to the cooling system due to electrolysis or poor coolant addition. This kit is durable and easy to install.
