EMAX Avan Blur 2x1.9x3 Propeller

Emax Avan Blur Propeller 2x1.9x3 is designed for Baby Hawk Race 2" to maximize propeller flight time and increase durability without compromising performance. This propeller fits 3s and 4s Emax 1106 6000kv. It has a true 1.9-inch pitch across the blade, delivering high speeds while providing a feeling of linear control across the throttle band. This allows for ease of flight and greater accuracy. With a special PC blend, Avan Blur weighs 1.1 grams. Utilizing a thicker airfoil, durability and stiffness are significantly improved. The hub diameter has also been increased to thicken the root cord and maximize durability. Most of the weight is concentrated near the hub, resulting in a low moment of inertia of 0.77 grams*cm². This results in a very responsive propeller. The Avan Blur was designed from the ground up with design constraints such as RPM, air speed, and required thrust. Given these constraints, aerodynamic models were created to predict performance and design blade geometry. Highly cambered airfoils are used to achieve high lift coefficients at high angles for long-term field attacks. This increases the blade angle while maintaining efficiency. The cambered airfoil also increases the flight envelope, allowing for higher speeds while still providing excellent low response. Constructed from a special polycarbonate blend for high durability. This material is extremely strong and ductile, making it resistant to breakage from high-impact impacts. The thick blade root is designed to further enhance this durability. Our injection molding process is optimized to reduce air bubbles in the plastic to increase propeller strength and maintain excellent balance.
